Rules and Terms of Service ***UPDATED***<\/font><\/div><\/b>\n\t\t

Rules for acceptance and participation in this program are the \n\t\t\t same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, disability, political belief, \n\t\t\t or religion.<\/p>\n\t

Cost and Reservations<\/b>
\n\t\t The cost is $425 for each senior camper and $385 for each junior camper if paid in full by June 1st. $475 and $435 if paid in full after June 1st. This will cover room, board, and all activities. This also includes a souvenir T-shirt and a picture. At a minimum, a deposit of $250 is required to make a reservation. Make checks payable to: North Texas Chapter of the Hutchinson Bell.<\/p>\n\t\t

Any camper who registers 4 weeks before camp may not receive a camp shirt. A full refund is available up to 4 weeks before camp starts minus a $25 processing fee. Between 4 weeks and 3 weeks before camp, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be available for campers 3 weeks before the start of camp.<\/p>\t \n

Arrival and Departure Arrangements<\/b>
\n\t\t Drop-off will begin on Sunday at 4:00 PM for Senior Camp and 3:30 PM for Junior Camp. To be fair to everyone, there will not be any early drop-offs before. Pickup is on Saturday morning after 9:30 AM for Senior Camp and Friday morning after 12:30 PM for Junior Camp. Campers have responsibilities until this time. Due to these responsibilities as well as other schedule interruptions, if campers are checked out beforehand, there will be a clean-up fee of $15.00 per camper, collected at the time of pick-up. Just so you know, NO checkouts can be performed on the last night of camp, during the evening activities. If pick-up is necessary, it must be before or after these activities. Camper pickup ends at 11:00 AM for Senior Camp and 2:00 PM for Junior Camp on the last day of camp. Due to excessive abuse of checkout times, if campers are picked up afterward, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 per camper, per hour, collected at the time of pick-up.\n<\/p>

Damages<\/b>
\n\t\t\t Be aware that you will be financially responsible for any physical damages that witnesses state your camper caused. Please communicate to your camper that the buildings, furnishings, and equipment at Arrowhead Camp and Retreat Center are being rented by the North Texas Chapter of the Hutchinson Bell and therefore must be treated with the utmost care and respect. Roughhousing, vandalism, etc will not be tolerated and can lead to the camper being sent home.\n <\/p>

Rooming Requests<\/b>
\n\t\t\tWe attempt to put all campers of the same age together. If you wish to room with someone specific, please reply to your confirmation email with your request. By policy, younger campers will not be allowed to move up to room with older campers. <\/p>\n

Dress and Conduct<\/b>
\n\t\t Camp is conducted in a spiritual atmosphere, which includes wearing modest apparel. While we recognize that this means different things to different people we have adopted the guidelines which are followed at Florida College.\n\t\t\t\t <\/p>

Clothing should not have logos or messages that are indecent,\n\t\t\t\t \u201cPajama pants\u201d are not appropriate except in the cabins, \n\t\t\t\t All pants, shorts or skirts must come to the knee. All shirts must have sleeves.\n\t\t\t\t All clothing should include the proper undergarments and should not be tight-fitting or revealing.
\n\t\t\t\t
Prohibited clothing includes:
\n\t\t\t\t    \u00b0 Halters, tank tops, or blouses showing the midriff.
\n\t\t\t\t    \u00b0 Backless or low-cut dresses.
\n\t\t\t\t    \u00b0 Low hip-hugger pants.
\n \t\t\t\t    \u00b0 Yoga pants.
\n\t\t\t\t    \u00b0 Skirts or pants that do not touch the kneecap.
\n\t\t\t\t    \u00b0 Skirts slit above the kneecap.\n\t\t\t\t <\/span><\/blockquote><\/span><\/blockquote>

<\/p>

\n\t\t\t Each camper is expected to follow camp rules. Tobacco, alcoholic beverages, and unprescribed drugs will not be allowed. Stealing, profanity, possession of weapons of any kind, or abuse of camp facilities will not be tolerated. Additionally, firecrackers, shaving cream, and water balloon fights are prohibited. Disrespectfulness to counselors and failure to follow their instructions will not be tolerated. Offenders of any of the camp rules are subject to being sent home at the discretion of the camp director, with no refund. A complete list of the rules can be found here<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Cell Phones<\/b>
\n\t\t Campers are prohibited from bringing any electronics to camp, this includes cell phones. We strongly encourage all campers’ cell phones to remain at home during camp. Any phones that are brought to camp will be collected and returned at check-out. At check-in, all parents will have an opportunity to obtain the phone numbers of directors as well as counselors. If campers are found to have a cell phone, the directors will find some pots, pans, and toilets for them to scrub. Not kidding!!<\/i><\/p>\n

Health and Safety<\/b>
\n\t\t Trained first aid personnel will be available. Accident insurance (included in the camp fee) will be provided for all campers who do not have other insurance and as secondary insurance for those who do. Insurance information is suggested to be on file for all campers. Florida College Texas Camp requires a Medical Release Form on file and Arrowhead Camp requires the parents and guardians of every camper to sign a Release and Indemnity Agreement. No one can attend camp without this form on file.<\/p>\t\t\t \n

Activities<\/b>
\n\t\t The daily camp schedule includes devotions, Bible classes, singing, sports, crafts, hiking, water sports, games, and regular meals. There is also entertainment each evening, a talent show the campers can enter.<\/p>\n \n
